D-Ware, Inc. does not sell the County Highway Software System. Our software is only available on a lease program that has been very successful for our customers over the last 25 years. Our simple lease program lets the customer use our software without the large capital investment usually associated with specialty software.

If the customer is not happy with the County Highway Souftware System or our free customer service, simply discontinue payment of the annual lease and we will terminate your license at the renewal date. No further payments will be expected from the customer at this point and the customer is not out tens of thousands of tax dollars for a product that does not work for them.

The lease price for the County Highway Software System is currently $ 1,300.00 USD annually per data entry location. There is an annual COLA index adjustment added every year there after. Invoices are mailed in December for the following year.

The customer can choose our "Outsourcing Program" which is added to the basic lease price. There is a charge per data entry site for entering data on a monthly basis. The individuals that enter data for " outsourcing " are familiar with and have used the D-Ware software.

Payment to individuals for doing data entry is made to the individual on a monthly basis. The charge for entering data will be in the range of $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.

Last year's data indicates that indirect labor is running between 55 and 70 percent. With indirect labor increasing, " Outsourcing Data Entry " may be a viable option for some county highway departments.

It is recommended that a training specialist spend approximately three days at your location to provide some " hands on " training for your staff. The price for a training specialist is currently $130.00 per day plus expenses.
