3) How do I name my backup file if I have an error to report to D-ware Support?

EXAMPLE -- If you have a database error you are encouraged to backup your data using the following format: CountyNameMonYYERR where Mon is the three digit month i.e.. Jun, Jul, Aug etc.. and yy is the two-digit year. By using the ERR in the file name we can easily identify the file and you do not overwrite a good file
